We use Australia Post as this is the most reliable option for the majority of our customers.
All items in our online store are available for purchase in person by appointment. You can arrange for a local pickup of your goods - please see the Contact section on the home page for further information.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia is a $15 flat rate for orders under $150 and shipping is free when spending $150 or more.
On average delivery times:
Queensland - 1 - 2 days
Major cities - 2 - 3 days
Rural/regional areas - 3 - 5 days
Western Australia up to 7 business days.
Express Shipping
Need your order really quick? Use our express shipping service for a $20 flat rate.
On average delivery times:
Queensland - 1 - 2 days
Other States - 2 - 3 days
Returns
We take great care to carefully package your orders, if your order is delivered damaged, please contact us at sales@fullersflips.com and email through photos of the damage.
Returns or exchanges are not available if you change your mind, please choose your items carefully.
Handling
Orders could take up to three business days to be despatched, and we do our best to ship your orders out as fast as we can.
Payments
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. All transactions are secure and encrypted within Shopify's payment portal and/or external payment gateways, just select your preferred method during checkout.
